- A clean home is a better inspected home.
- Make sure the utilities are on, don't leave us in the dark!
- Functional appliances sell! Be sure to have all appliances included in your future listing plugged in.
- Access. We can't inspect what we can see. That means detached garages, lockable rooms, closets, and exterior cellar doors should be accessible.
- Snow removal. Much like inaccessible rooms and buildings, what we can't see we can't inspect. Cleared off driveways, patios, decks, balconies, patios, and even a path around your home make a more informative report.
