A foundation phase inspection is performed either before or after the footings and foundation walls are poured.   We recommend that the inspection be done prior to the pour if your build includes extensive details like a ufer ground (a concrete encased electrode for your electrical system) or any sleeves in the walls or footings for landscape amenities and/or well equipment.

A pre-drywall inspection is done, yup you guessed it, before the drywalled is installed. Improper installations covered by drywall won't be noticed immediately, most likely much after your 12-month warranty expires. Catching these issues before they're covered saves you money, and time.
