What you Get
Standard commercial building inspections for small properties up to 10,000 sq/ft have a flat minimum fee.
Prices for buildings +10,001 sq/ft are based the amount of sq/ft over and building type. The inspection is a visual inspection, covering the areas listed below. Additional services are available upon request.
A complete Property Condition Assessment will follow ASTM International guidelines. These are more detailed reports and include varying options for probable costs and maintenance. Assessment fees are based on building type and size but are subject to a minimum fee, whichever is greater.
At the end of the assessment, you will receive a detailed Property Condition Report or PCR. Ancillary services can be added at an additional cost.
